Day One – Wednesday November 11, 2020 (Dinner included)
7:00 am – Departure from Vienna VA
7:45 am – Departure from Rockville MD
2:30 pm-Arrival in Cambridge Ohio – home of the Dickens Victorian Village. Not just a cute little replica, but 93 scenes including 167 life-size Dickensian mannequins recreating classic scenes from Victorian society.
Meet local tour guide (in costume)
3:00 pm - Guests will start their tour at the Dickens Victorian Welcome center – here guests will try on capes and hats and learn about how each of the 150 ++ life size figure were created. Guests will then have photo’s taken (in their Victorian Attire) and made available to Shillelaghs Travel Club after the tour returns back to home base. Once you have finished playing “dress up” guests will enjoy heading to NOTHING BUT CHOCOLATE. Guests will ALL MAKE A CHRISTMAS CREATION.
**While sweets are drying, guests will head to hotel. Sweet concoctions will be brought to dinner this evening for each guest to take with them.
4:30 pm - Departure to host hotel in Cambridge Ohio
Check in to host hotel- Comfort Inn
Guests will be greeted and luggage delivered to the room. All rooms offer microwaves and refrigerators.
5:30 pm- Departure with guide who will share history and highlights with group of the area en route to dinner.
6-7:30 pm – Delectable dinner at Theo’s that includes a choice from Two entrees and includes the notable and written about MILE HIGH PIE for dessert. Theo’s has been a mainstay in Cambridge since 1931. Theo’s Restaurant the local favorite and the heart of downtown Cambridge.
Following dinner guests will enjoy the Court House Light Show The courthouse comes alive nightly with thousands of pulsating lights synchronized to holiday music. This magnificent 1881 building jumps into the 21st Century as it is bathed in colored lights, 36 animated light displays, and 15,000 lights outlining the building. The display is computer controlled with 364 electrical circuits meticulously synchronized to a holiday soundtrack, with a total of 30,000 lights. 8:30 pm – Sleep tight while visions of Sugar plums dance in your heads. Gratuity for guide is not included and always appreciated for a job well done.
Thursday November 12, 2020 (Breakfast, lunch and dinner with show included)
6:30 am - Get going with a great breakfast.
7:00 am – Luggage outside of hotel rooms
8:00 am – Departure and travel to Middletown Ohio
Guests will disembark coach and will be greeted inside.

Following tea party, guests will receive a guided tour of Beau Verre.
11:30 am – Arrival to Beau Verre Stained Glass Studio for a TEA PARTY FIRST among the stained glass windows.
Guests will start with a TEA PARTY at Beau Verre which will be a An Assortment of Hot Teas, Finger Sandwich Options
Following lunch - Enjoy a guided tour of BEAU VERRE STUDIOS located in a restored turn of the century building in the heart of Middletown, Ohio. Walk among period Arts & Crafts furniture, and take in all the beautiful glass creations from the BeauVerre - Riordan artisans and WATCH the masters at work creating stained glass windows. Guests will visit the art gallery that contains works from many area artists: including, Sculptures, Paintings & Jewelry. The gift shop offers a wide variety of unique selections of items.
3:00 pm – Departure and travel 50 miles
4:00 pm Check in - Marriott.

Following dinner guests will enjoy A COUNTRY CHRISTMAS SHOW by Nashville writer and recording artist Steven Whitson. Born and raised in the small town of Trimble in West Tennessee. His mother says Steven started singing at age three in church with the hymnal turned upside down and has been singing ever since.
Steven began writing and recording his own music when he was just sixteen. Subsequent projects have resulted in a collection of thirteen Independent CD's. Whitson has opened for Rascal Flatts, Craig Morgan, Marty Stuart, and Aaron Tippin; just to name a few. He made his television debut on the Marie Osmond show. Steven has also had the honor to watch and learn from his mentor, "Little Miss Dynamite," Brenda Lee.
Enjoy the lilting voice of Steven on such songs as Tender Tennessee Christmas, I'll Be Home With Bells On, Mary, Did You Know? Christmas in Dixie, Rockin Around the Christmas Tree and so many others.
Day Three Friday November 13, 2020 (Breakfast, lunch with Elvis and dinner cruise with entertainment)

7:15 am - Depart for downtown, Duke Energy Convention Center, Cincinnati, Ohio.

10:45 am A visit to Fabulous-Furs. Guests will love these fabulous “furs”. Used throughout the entertainment industry and thoroughly faux (fake), Fabulous-Furs have appeared on everything from Law & Order, CSI Las Vegas and Gossip Girl to the View, Today Show and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition. That $100,000 “sable” jacket is much more fun at $199. Guests will model coats for each other that have been purchased by the likes of Tippi Hedren, Melanie Griffith, Liza Minelli, Mary Tyler Moore, Tom Hanks and Loretta Swit - to mention some. Tyler has won and been a finalist in many national Elvis competitions including a 1st place win at the Lake George NY Elvis Festival, the largest competition of its kind in the Eastern U.S.
Tyler has wowed audiences throughout the country with his high energy, youthful, and authentic tribute to the king of rock n roll. Tyler unlike many other Elvis impersonators is a Tribute artist who can tastefully recreate all eras of Elvis' career, from the 50's rock n roll Elvis to the 70's Vegas superstar. Tyler's performance will leave you amazed and wanting more! Tyler has even been featured on T.V and in newspapers for his performing as well as his humble and mannerly demeanor. Many people comment at every show how Tyler is the closest thing to Elvis they have ever seen! The show will be young Elvis and his music and then the second half will be VEGAS ELVIS!! There will be a 15 minute intermission Following performance Tyler will be available for photos and meet and greet.
3:30 pm – Depart for Lawrenceburg Indiana
4:00 pm - Make and Take Enjoy a seasonal hands-on holiday make and take project. Guests will enjoy a seasonal hands-on workshop working with live greens to create their holiday remembrance items. Enjoy shopping in the gift shop, and enjoy the plentiful poinsettias and holiday decorations. Be sure to stop by the fudge shop- made on site offering at least 15 different flavors!!
5:30 pm – Departure for the boat cruise on the Spirit of Cincinnati
Board your Victorian paddlewheel boat for a relaxing two-hour dinner cruise – VICTORIAN FLAIR.
The lights will be dim and the live music will be with lilting sounds of holiday tunes with harp and hammered dulcimer and more. This trio will mix instrumental dinner music with a fun filled show full of old time holiday favorites.
Dinner will be a buffet tonight. Cruise is 6:30-8:30 pm
Day Four Saturday November 14, 2020 (Full breakfast, lunch & dinner included)
7:00 am - Start the morning with a full hot breakfast buffet in the Ballroom.
8:00 am – Luggage pick up
8:30 am - Head to Wheeling WV. And overnight at Wilson Lodge Oglebay Resort & Conference Center, Wheeling, WV

From making sure that the blueprints are delivered on time to the local high school to checking each and every light bulb, Oglebay staff members work very hard every day to make sure that the Christmas light show gets up and running each year. Now you can get a personalized behind‐the‐scenes look at the light show including how the show got its start in 1985, where the ideas come from each season, and many more insider tidbits.
The Winter Fantasy, located at Oglebay’s Good Zoo, includes an exciting animated music and LED light show on the patio. You’ll also find the popular Model Train Exhibit here, with a special snow‐covered section which is featured during the holiday season.
4:00pm Check In Official Check in to the Wilson Lodge
The 270‐room Wilson Lodge at Oglebay has been transformed and now features the West Spa. The spa provides relaxing and therapeutic services utilizing the finest products and equipment. The lodge has two dining rooms wireless Internet, LCD TVs in all guest rooms, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness center. Guests can go to their rooms and freshen up for dinner.
5:45-7:00 pm- DINNER BUFFET AT WILSON LODGE
Guests will enjoy an elaborate WEST VIRGINIA style dinner buffet at the lodge with a wide variety of delicious food.
7:00 pm Meet your certified step on guide at the Wilson Lodge; guide will board coach for the six miles of a winter wonderland driving tour. Tour Guide will give detailed information about the illuminated displays you’ll see scattered throughout the park as well as a brief history of Oglebay.
8:00 – 10:00 pm – Back at the lodge there will be a cordial gathering with refreshments and entertainment on the 2nd floor of the lodge.
Sunday – November 15, 2020 (Breakfast included)
7:00 am – 9:30 am – Breakfast in the dining rooms will offer a full hot and cold buffet w/omelets and waffles made-to-order).
8:30 am Luggage outside of room doors.
9:30 am – Board coach for departure Mansion Museum
10:00 am – 11:00 am - Holidays at the Mansion allow 1 hour
Warm up with a tour of the elegant holiday decorations at the Mansion Museum. With a different theme each year, the Mansion sparkles with original designs courtesy of local volunteer decorators. Browse the nostalgic Wymer General Store exhibit, filled with thousands of items from the past. Fully accessible to all, the mansion makes the holidays old fashioned fun.
